Real wedding inspiration
Real wedding inspiration from Ziggie & John who got married in early October 2019. Ziggie & John chose a natural, rustic vibe complimenting the seasonal and natural countryside with touches of rose gold and dusty blue.

The Barns, Lodge farm
The Barns at Lodge Farm is a quiet, rural oasis nestled in acres of farmland just outside of London in Epping. We love the energy and commitment at this family run venue who take great pride in growing a sustainable business. The refurbishment work undertaken to convert a redundant building (used primarily for agricultural storage) to The Bar was part funded by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development.

Flower choices
The flower choices for this wedding were very much inspired by natural rural setting and the brides love of eucalyptus. The bridal bouquets included our favourite blush pink Café au lait dahlia and blush roses mixed with lots of smaller garden style white flowers including astrantia, veronica, astible and thistles bringing in a pop of blue. We combined with three different varieties of eucalyptus and tied loosely creating a whimsical natural styled bouquet.
For the guest tables, the bride and groom collected lots of miniature spirit bottles which they sprayed rose gold. We filled these with delicate flowers, fresh herbs and more eucalyptus which smelt just incredible as you walked in the barn. These were dotted down the centre of the long banqueting style tables.

Feedback from the Bride & Groom, Mr & Mrs Cater
“Suzanne – honestly, the floristry was amazing. You went above and beyond. The colours. Styles. Everything, I just loved it. I can’t get over my bouquet. Thank you!!! Xxxxx”
