Is there a delivery charge?

A delivery and installation charge (where applicable) is applied to all quotes.

Do you offer a relocation service?

We can stay after the ceremony to relocate and repurpose floral installations to the reception. Whether this is at a different location or within the same grounds. Additional labour charges will be applied. The logistics and different options will be discussed and explored during the consultation.

Do you offer site visits?

If the venue is one that we are not familiar with or if you are looking for bespoke installation, we would arrange to meet you at the venue for a site visit as part of the planning design meeting.

How many consultations do we have?

We find that for most weddings TWO consultations works well.

The first consultation is a “Discovery Call” on Zoom. This allows us to gain an understanding of your requirements and for us to provide a quotation.

The second consultation is in our studio (Once booking fee has been paid) This is for a full planning and design meeting. It is more in-depth and fun! Give us the opportunity to make more decisions. We have faux flowers in the studio along with our props so can mock-up and show you examples.

For large weddings with more bespoke components or at venues we are not familiar with more consultations may be required and will be reviewed accordingly.

Can we meet at your studio?

We recommend we meet at our studio for the second consultation for a full planning and design meeting. This is more in-depth and fun! Give us the opportunity to make more decisions. We have faux flowers in the studio along with our props so can mock-up some of the designs and show you examples. You are welcome to take photos.

If you wish to see fresh flowers then please remind us in advance of what you would like to see. Charges may apply for this.

This is for couples who have paid their booking fee and are already booked in our diary.

You are welcome to bring parents, bridesmaids, or friends, but we kindly ask due to space restrictions to please try to keep to a maximum of four. If you are bringing more guests then let us know in advance so we can accommodate you all comfortably.

We anticipate this consultation will last approximately one hour.

Is there parking?

At Carvers farm there is a car park with no parking charges or restrictions.

Do we need to bring anything to the consultation?

It is useful to see any stationary you have, bridesmaids fabric swatches. (Mood-boards I would of hopefully seen already) BUT, anything else you have seen that you really like or fits your vision and vibe. If you are using your own props it is useful to bring these if you can. In most cases only one studio appointment is required.

Do we have to book an appointment?

Yes, due to the nature of our work the studio maybe closed whilst we are setting up a wedding or we may be busy working on a wedding. We therefore schedule our consultations around the current workflow. We do set aside times for consultations. These are typically afternoons.  Please contact us to see our online diary.

How do we book an appointment?

The first consultation is a “Discovery Call” on Zoom. This allows us to gain an understanding of your requirements and for us to provide a quotation.
