About Friern Manor
Friern Manor is Set within four acres of beautifully landscaped grounds, this classic Georgian Manor has been owned by the family for the last quarter of a century and over that time our reputation for exceptional service, friendliness, and attention to detail has grown and grown. Friern Manor is the perfect venue for every type of event, including wedding ceremonies and receptions. Our studio is located just 5 minutes from Friern Manor.
Bridal Flowers
Laura chose a natural loose look bouquet for her flowers combined with lots of foliage. We chose Pink Mondial roses with softer smaller flowers and a little gyspophila. The Bridesmaids had simple and classic looking Gypsophila bouquets.
Buttonholes
Roses are always a good choice for buttonholes. They are elegant and timeless and last well out of water. For this wedding we chose Ivory rose framed with a little green leaf for the boys and for the Groom we added a little gypsophila along with the rose and foliage.
Ceremony flowers
For Laura & Josh ceremony, we installed our silk flower Urns and plinths for the WOW factor. Mixing up the fresh and faux flower combinations. The urns were silk flowers and the Ceremony table flowers were fresh flowers. The ceremony table was later moved to the top table.
The aisle adorned with delicate bunches of gypsophila tied to the aisle chair with ribbons.
Multi Purpose arrangements
Having both the ceremony and reception at the same venue means that we can design florals that work in both spaces. In the ceremony area first and then transferable to the reception area after both top table and guest tables. This avoids waste ♻️ and stretches your styling budget that bit further. Win Win!
Here’s how we re-purposed:-
- The Plinths and urns were repurposed by placing them behind the top table for the reception dinner.
- The Ceremony table was transferred to the top table
- The Pew ends were added in vases in and aroud the orangery in vases.
The Wedding Breakfast
The low level designs combined pretty florals with candles and glassware. You can’t go wrong with that combination!
