John’s Vision
Set against the timeless elegance of Gosfield Hall in the heart of Essex’s countryside, this very special styled shoot captures the essence of refined romance with a distinctly elevated concept. Imagine a wedding inspired by soft Bridgerton aesthetics, with every detail curated to perfection. From the abundance of breathtaking florals spilling effortlessly across the historic Grand Salon and tablescapes of the Grand Ballroom to the delicate interplay of light, texture, and movement. This is the idea of a wedding where grandeur meets intimacy and every corner tells a story of modern opulence. Gorgeous bespoke stationery an eye-catching and delicious cake and elevated styling throughout.
At the heart of it all, a vision of understated luxury: our stunning Bride, Elle – in a show-stopping designer gown by Milla Nova. Elle exudes grace, confidence, and timeless beauty. Flowing silhouettes, intricate details, and carefully styled accents come together to create a look that feels both classic and contemporary. And just look at Elle and Keelan our real couple, full of love and admiration for each other.
About Gosfield Hall
A mansion wedding venue set within 10 acres of lawns, overlooking a sparkling lake. With the option of the exquisite 120 foot-long aisle in Queen Charlotte’s oak-panneled gallery or the stunning courtyard for an outside setting for the ceremony. The ballroom provides an amazing backdrop for your wedding breakfast, with oak pannelled walls, breathtaking chandeliers and large sash windows which flood the room with light.

Bridal Flowers
Our bride was pettite with a very detailed @millanova dress, supplied by @theweddingshopcolchester. So for the bridal bouquet we chose all flowers, no foliage and a stunning mix of Roses in blush and nude tones with a little feathery astible. The bride looked stunning with hair by @bridalhairbymarina and Makeup by @mkupnatasha.
Buttonholes
Roses are always a good choice for buttonholes. They are elegant and timeless and last well out of water. For this “wedding” we chose Ivory rose framed with a little green leaf for the boys. Grooms suit supplied by @dapperchapsformalwear
Ceremony flowers
Our white plinths were used for the ceremony with large flower arrangements of elegant roses, hydrangeas with foliage, on white garden style urns. We draped the plinths for a softer effect and used LED candles around the front, creating a beautiful focal point for the photos.
The Wedding Breakfast
The Royal Ballroom is where the wedding breakfast is held. Former Marquis of Buckingham’s Ballroom is an exquisite setting for fine dining. Seat up to 116 guests under crystal chandeliers and double-height mirrors.
The flowers from the ceremony we designed with repurposing in mind to the top table creating a similar look in both the ceremony and the wedding breakfast.
We wanted to make the cake a real focal point. Using the mirror and more plinths, draping and lots of flowers we were really able to make the cake a feature. Cake designed and made by @crumbstocreations. We had the opportunity to sample the cake also I can personally say it was absolutely delicious!
