About Gaynes Park
Surrounded by British countryside and woodland, this superb, family-owned country wedding venue is ideal for couples seeking a secluded, exclusive-use venue to host their celebrations from the wedding ceremony through to the reception and overnight accommodation. We are very proud to be one of the recommended suppliers at Gaynes Park.

Bridal Flowers
Ellie’s bouquet was a dreamy mix of soft pastels and classic white, perfectly complementing the romantic setting. Her bridesmaids carried slightly smaller versions, creating a beautifully cohesive and elegant look.

Buttonholes
Roses are always a good choice for buttonholes. They are elegant and timeless and last well out of water. For this wedding we chose Ivory rose framed with a little green leaf for the boys and for the Groom we added a little gypsophila along with the rose and foliage.

Ceremony flowers
The Orangery is a beautiful setting for the official ceremony. It lies at one end of the Victorian Walled Garden, where roses, mature trees, herbaceous borders and a charming wrought-iron pavilion provide a romantic backdrop for your Essex civil wedding, drinks reception and those all-important photographs.

Our white plinths were used in the ceremony room with large FAUX SILK flower arrangements of elegant white roses, hydrangeas, with foliage, on white urns. Down the aisle were delicate pastel flowers arranged in our gorgeous bowl vases, adding a soft, romantic touch to Ellie and Adams ceremony.
Multi Purpose arrangements
Having both the ceremony and reception at the same venue means that we can design florals that work in both spaces. In the ceremony area first and then transferable to the reception area after both top table and guest tables. This avoids waste ♻️ and stretches your styling budget that bit further. Win Win!
Here’s how we re-purposed:-
The florals down the aisle were used on the long guest tables after the ceremony.

The Wedding Breakfast
The Mill Barn is an impressive brick and beamed Listed wedding barn. The barn is supported by four great tree trunks and has floor to ceiling windows overlooking the pretty courtyard, allowing sunlight to flood in. The neutral décor lends itself to a variety of wedding themes and colours.

For the reception, pastel flowers were beautifully arranged in our footed bowl vases, repurposed from the ceremony, and styled along tressle tables.

Hire package
Our prop hire range enhances your flower decor. Cost effective and sustainable, save you time and money sourcing from multiple areas and avoids single use! Delivery and next day collection is included in the hire price.
