About Hatfield Place
Hatfield place is an exquisite Georgian country house wedding venue, located in the heart of Essex. The house sits within 15 acres of mature gardens and includes a nurtured and intricately planted Walled Garden. The perfect setting for your wedding and reception and all exclusively yours.
Hannah & Lloydd
Hannah and Lloydd wanted a classic family wedding with lots of flowers and candles for a timeless look. The happy couple enjoy gardening so natural green foliage and beautiful country style arrangements were just what they pictured. Hannah and lloydd have lived a lot of life together in the almost 14 years they have know each other after meeting in university .The couple are excited to be promoted to husband and wife and begin married life. Hannah & Lloydd have a special confetti moment which they are excited to share with their family’s in the orangery.
Bridal Flowers
Hannah chose a hand-tied bouquet with a stunning spring mix of soft blue delphiniums and muscari (Grape Hyacinth) peach and blush and some darker pink roses. The bridesmaids had a matching bouquet to the bridal bouquet and the little flower girls had bunches of Daisy’s. The colours looked amazing against the navy bridesmaids dresses.
Buttonholes
Roses are always a good choice for buttonholes. They are elegant and timeless and last well out of water. James chose pink Rose for his buttonhole, framed with a little green leaf and matching the bridal bouquet.
Hatfield place Wedding Flowers
Ceremony Flowers
Hannah & Lloyd chose the Ballroom for their actual wedding ceremony in the Georgian house. It was a glorious morning with the sunlight shining through the picture window. The floral designs were multi-purpose so we could use them during the ceremony first and then for the wedding breakfast after.
The Ceremony table arrangement was moved to the Top table and wooden crates on the floor surrounded the cake as feature in the wedding breakfast.
The Wedding Breakfast
Hannah & Lloyd chose all low designs for their table decor, a low glass bowl on a mirror plate filled with the spring blooms matching the bridal bouquets. Delphiniums, tulips, freesias, Roses, Tanacetumn Daisy to name just a few. Surrounded by glass tea-light candles.
Hire Package
We have a selection of hire props that compliment your wedding flower decor. It is “bespoke” for each wedding as you choose which props you need from our selection. Our hire package is “Eco-friendly” as avoid single use (as the items are used in many of our weddings). It includes us collecting the next day, cleaning and getting ready for the next wedding. You can use our vases with your own candles and we can help advise you on the candle sizes you need. Included in this wedding:
