About Mulberry House
Mulberry House Weddings is an exquisite wedding venue located in Essex. The estate is nestled on 22 acres of rolling fields, wishing wells, and lakes that create a breath-taking backdrop. The historic house has been subtly converted into a boutique hotel while retaining its original charm and details. Featuring stunning Georgian architecture mixed with 21st-century additions, this venue is a luxurious and unique setting to hold weddings all year through.

Alicia & James
Alicia & James wanted their wedding to be a huge celebration and focused on having a memorable time with their closest people. They were excited to have all their friends and family together to celebrate their day after being together for almost 4 years.

Bridal Flowers
Alicia chose a classic cascade style bouquet she suited her dress perfectly. This included a stunning mix of blush, soft pinks, white, ivory, cream flowers and foliage including roses and eucalyptus. The bridesmaids had a smaller version of the bridal bouquet. The colour choices looked stunning with the sage green dresses.

Buttonhole’s
Roses are always a good choice for buttonholes. They are elegant and timeless and last well out of water. James chose pink Rose for his buttonhole, framed with a little green leaf and matching the bridal bouquet.

Mulberry House Wedding Flowers
Ceremony Flowers
Alicia & James opted for an outside wedding which is just the most stunning setting at Mulberry House on the green and over looking the pond area. The floral designs used in the ceremony were multi-purpose so we could use them during the ceremony first and then for the wedding breakfast after.

The ceremony table design works perfectly on the top table too. The bonus of having the ceremony and the reception all in the same venue make moving floral decors quite simple. The urn arrangements below were then transferred to the guest tables, we switched the stands over to a thin gold frame which made them into a high level table design. Without the guests even knowing.

Wedding Breakfast

James & Alicia chose a mix of high and low level designs for the guest tables. The High level designs were used in the ceremony area first as “Statement florals” in front of the gazebo making the perfect picture backdrop and focal point for all the wedding guests.
The low level designs combined pretty florals with candles and glassware. You can’t go wrong with that combination!

What The Bride & Groom Said
@aliciastratford“We had the pleasure of working with Suzanne and the team at Little Tin Shed for our wedding, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From the moment we met with Suzanne, we got along so well – it was like talking to a friend and it was clear that she was so passionate and knowledgeable about her craft.
Suzanne took the time to understand our style and preferences, offering valuable insights and suggestions that elevated our floral arrangements.
The floral arrangements themselves were beautiful and were exactly as we had imagined and hoped.
Suzanne was responsive, reliable, and a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process.”
