Abi & Jordan

They first met on the 12th June 2014 on an induction day for our work placement at VocaLink as part of our university placement year. Later that month all the students met up and went out in Uxbridge to get to know each other and they both ended up getting along very well and ended up spending the night talking and dancing together. After a number of dates, Jordan plucked up the courage and asked Abi to be his girlfriend on the 6th September 2014 on a Pedalo in Hyde Park and the rest is history! Thye are looking forward to the ceremony and finally getting married after 11 years together!

Bridal flowers

Abi chose a classic hand-tied style bouquet she suited her dress perfectly. This included a stunning mix of white, ivory, cream flowers and foliage including roses and eucalyptus. The bridesmaids had a smaller version of the bridal bouquet. The colour choices looked stunning with the darker tones in their dresses.

Buttonhole’s

Roses are always a good choice for buttonholes. They are elegant and timeless and last well out of water. Jordan chose Rose for his buttonhole, framed with a little green leaf and matching the bridal bouquet.

Ceremony Flowers

Abi & Jordan wanted to get married outside in the sunshine in the lovely grounds of Mulberry House. The floral designs used in the ceremony were multi-purpose so we could use them during the ceremony first and then for the wedding breakfast after.

The ceremony table design works perfectly on the top table too. The bonus of having the ceremony and the reception all in the same venue make moving floral decors quite simple. The urn arrangements below were then transferred to the guest tables, we switched the stands over to a thin gold frame which made them into a high level table design. Without the guests even knowing.

Floral Aisle Decor

Abi & Jordan have lovely litle bunches for flowers matching the bridal flowers tied to the aisle chairs with Ivory Ribbon. They can then be placed in bud vases after and scattered around the venue as extra decor.

Aib & Jordan chose a mix of high and low level designs for the guest tables. The High level designs were used in the ceremony area first as “Statement florals” in front of the gazebo making the perfect picture backdrop and focal point for all the wedding guests.

The low level designs combined pretty florals with candles and glassware. You can’t go wrong with that combination!
